Its main body has two magnetic shafts that shake elastically and magically as you push, driven by internal magnets. Hold one shaft, push it to the right spot and release to unlock the sudden tremor feature.
You can also adjust the magnet arrangement for different hand feels. It also comes with a pendant accessory which you can change to the necklace.
